SDMHA Parents Please Read

This article is to outline detailed information to ensure that you have all your proper documents uploaded for rostering your child to a team 

This post is long and detailed. To ensure a smooth start to our 2022-2023 season please read (in it’s entirety) and ensure your child(ren) Spordle account meets OMHA requirements.

As the season kicks off, there is a few registration items that need to be included in your children's Spordle/HCR profiles for them to be rostered to a team.
OMHA requires uploaded documents to Validate your residential address and child's birthdate.
Once uploaded, we can confirm your address and validate our teams' rosters.
1. Please ensure you child's birth certificate or health card is uploaded into their documents tab for birthdate.
2. Please ensure your proof of residency is uploaded into their documents tab (ie Driver's license)
Instructions: to add Required documentation (birth certificate or health card and proof of residency)
- log into child's profile
- from the Overview tab, scroll to documents
- click add
- select document type
- add document (either upload from file or picture )
- click Add to save
Note - only one document can be added at a time.
3. Please ensure all waivers have been signed. This can be completed by accessing the waivers tab.
4. Please ensure you have completed the OMHA Mandatory course, Respect in Sport - Parent and it has been attached to their in their Qualification Tab. *Note, this only has to be completed 1 time and does not require to be re-newed every year.  There is an additional cost of $12 to complete this course.

Below is a link to assist parents that have other children in the system to add the RIS to another child's profile
