Registration for the 2018/19 Stirling Blues hockey season IS NOW OPEN.  The SDMHA Executive provides you with two options to register your child for the upcoming hockey season.

Option # 1 – On-Line Registration

The On-Line Registration through the Hockey Canada portal is ready for you to proceed.  Please click on the link below, or through the webpage (under Registration tab) to login to your existing account and get the season started.  If you do not remember the email address associated with your account, please contact our [email protected].

*New this year, you are also able to pay your child's rep tryout fee with your online registration.*

If your child is new to Stirling and District Minor Hockey Association, and you wish to register on-line, please contact our [email protected]. This includes any new players that have moved to the area, players being registered for the Initiation program for the first time, a player who is new to hockey in any division. 

Please note that the On-Line registration requires payment by Credit Card.

Option # 2 – In-Person Registration

In-Person dates are listed below for you to come and register your child with Stirling and District Minor Hockey Association if you prefer the In-Person registration method.  Please bring a completed registration form (file attached below) and full payment in the form of either cash or a cheque. 

If your child is new to Hockey Canada and Stirling and District Minor Hockey Association, please bring a copy of your child’s birth certificate and proof of your current address (utility bill with current address and copy of your driver’s license, also with current address).  This information is  MANDATORY for new members and you will not be able to register your child without it. Alternatively, digital copies of this information can be sent to [email protected] in advance of the in-person registration date.   

If your child is new to SDMHA but has played hockey in another centre you may need to complete a residential transfer in order to register.  Please contact [email protected] for details.

Methods of payment for in-person registration are cash or cheque.  If you would like to pay with a credit card, please contact [email protected].

In Person Registration at the Stirling Arena

Tuesday, July 10th 6:30-8:30 pm

Thursday August 9th 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm

Thursday August 23rd 6:30-8:30 pm

Thursday Sept. 6th 7:00-9:00 pm


One parent from each family new to Minor Hockey must participate in the mandatory “Respect in Sport” on line training session.  There is a small fee associated with this training, but it’s a OMHA mandatory component for your son/daughter to participate in the Initiation, Tyke, HouseLeague/Local League or Representative programs.  See the link below.
