2) Create an online participant profile with Hockey Canada
3) Register your child with SDMHA
4) Complete the on-line Respect in Sport parent program (one parent of every child must have this course, and have it linked to their child's Hockey Canada profile in order to be added to a hockey team roster)
5) Submit a copy of your child's Birth Certificate or Health Card as proof of age, this will be uploaded to Hockey Canada's secure database.

Instructions are below:

If this is your first time enrolling a child in minor hockey, you will need to set up an account.

Follow the steps as outlined on the website to create your account with Hockey Canada.

2) You will then be required to Register a new participant.  Please fill in your son or daughter's information, leaving the Hockey ID blank (it will be created automatically).
