General Information, ICHL U13 LL Championship, 2024-25 Season (Stirling Blues)

Welcome to the ICHL U13 LL Championship Weekend Presented by the Hasting County Dairy Producers.

Rules:
1) All OMHA and Hockey Canada Rules are in effect.
2) Only  players on  the  approved  roster are  eligible to play in the tournament.
3) Referees  and  tournament  officials  will  have zero  tolerance  for  profanity,  obscene  gestures, discriminatory slurs and verbal abuse from coaches, players and parents.
4) The  Tournament Director reserves  the  right  to  make  decisions  regarding interpretation of the rules, objections and protests.  All decisions are final. 

5) Games will be 10-10-10 stop time. No curfew will be in effect.
6) In the event of a tie at the end of regulation time a 3 player shoot out will occur. Both teams will shoot simultaneously. If no winner is determined after 3 shooters a sudden death shoot-out will determine the winner. All players must shoot before a player can shoot a second time.
7) It is the responsibility of the coaches and team officials to ensure that there are 2 team officials (or designated parents) in the dressing room with the players at all times, from the time the players enter the room to the last player leaving.  Dressing rooms are to be cleared, inspected and keys left in the dressing room door within 30 minutes of the game ending. The bench and dressing room is to be cleaned by the departing team. Any damage found by the arriving team is to be reported immediately to the tournament office.  Any damages  that occur  will be  the responsibility  of the  team and bills for damages will be assessed and could result in the team being expelled from the balance of the tournament.
8) There will be no time outs permitted in any game of the tournament.

9) There  will be  no protests  entertained  on  referee’s decisions.
10) At all times, the Tournament Director reserves itself the final word on the interpretation of the rules and has the right to change or alter these rules without any prior notice to act in the best interests of the tournament.
