2021/2022 Coach Evaluations
Submitted By Kim Rutledge on Mon 04 04, 22
Dear Hockey Parents,

The success of our program and development of your player is, in part, directly related to the quality of our coaching.  It is critical to our program that we receive feedback that can be an aid for coaches to make necessary adjustments.

We will be distributing our coach evaluation forms to all parents, through the team managers, over the next week.  There will be a confidential drop box set up to allow you to return these forms directly to the executive so that no one on your team will see the completed forms. We are asking all families to please take the time to fill out the forms and return them to us, this is an important tool for providing feedback to our coaches, and for planning our programs in the future.

Thank you!
