ARENA PROTOCOLS

In order to comply with local and provincial regulations we must provide the following notice:

 

·       Players and Families that are residing in a Current Lockdown Zone are not permitted to enter the Arena or participate in any of our programs.  You should follow the Stay At Home Order issued for your Health Unit District.

·       Only participants/families residing in HPE Health are permitted.

·       Players, parents and team staff should arrive approximately 15 minutes before the scheduled ice start time. 

·       Players and parents will not be admitted into the arena until there is a coach present for dressing room supervision.

·       Players, parents and team staff are reminded that they may not enter the arena until they have been COVID Screened by the Teams COVID-19 Ambassador.

·       Players, parents, team staff must wear a face covering at all times while in arena up until the point when they put on a helmet.

·       Players and team staff are to put a face covering on as soon as they remove their helmet at the completion of the skate.

·       Team staff are reminded that once they have their helmets on they must remain in the dressing room until the ice is prepared and ready for the practice, they are not permitted to be in lobby without a face covering.

·        If you, or your player are feeling unwell don’t attend practice!
