AGM Registration Form

Members interested in attending the Annual General Meeting on Thursday May 20th at 7:00pm must pre-register by Tuesday May 11th at 5pm. 

A link for the virtual meeting will be sent to eligible members by Sunday May 16th. As per our constitution, voting members shall include all parents and or legal guardians of registered players in good standing, as well as active volunteers within the association. Each Parent/Guardian member of a registered player shall be entitled to vote (max 2 votes per registered player) and may attend membership meetings and, by invitation, meetings of the Board and Committees of the Association Therefore if more than one parent/guardian wish to attend the AGM and have voting privileges, they must each register for the meeting using a unique email address for each parent/guardian and have access to more than one device for voting purposes.
