Stirling Blues U9 Continue Undefeated Streak with Back-to-Back Road Wins
The Stirling Blues U9 team continued their dominant season this past weekend, securing two crucial road victories to maintain their undefeated streak.

The Blues kicked off the weekend on Friday night in Napanee with a commanding 8-1 win over the Stars. Offensive contributions came from Ty Brown, Mitchell Montgomery, Owen Jenkins, Olivia Fields, and Jack Lyman, who displayed excellent teamwork and goal-scoring prowess throughout the game.

Less than 24 hours later, the Blues were back on the ice for a lunchtime showdown against the Frontenac Flyers. The Flyers came out strong, catching the Blues off guard early in the game. However, relentless pressure and disciplined play kept the puck in the Flyers' zone for much of the match. Despite some missed scoring opportunities, the Blues held on for a gritty 2-1 victory to close out the weekend.

Looking ahead, the Blues return to practice this week as they prepare for a highly anticipated matchup against the Brighton Bolts this Sunday in Brighton. The puck drops at 3 p.m.

With their impressive form and resilience, the Blues remain a team to watch as the season progresses.
