Entry Fees: $1100 per team or $1000 per team for more than one team from the same center.
Payment by E-Transfer in full or $500 Deposit and balance due by October 31, 2022 to hold a spot. Checks made payable to SDMHA and mailed to SDMHA PO Box 461, Stirling, ON K0K3E0

Refund Policy
1. If the tournament is cancelled due to government regulations, a full refund will be issued.
2. If a team withdraws from the tournament for reasons related to covid: a full refund will be provided.
3. If a team withdraws from the tournament for reasons not related to covid: a full refund will be provided if a team withdraws prior to 3 weeks before start of tournament but No refund if a team decides within 3 weeks of the tournament date that they don’t want to attend.
